We're working with Lemelson-MIT to understand key needs for their JV InvenTeam program. We believe that the goals of MIT Hive 2.0 align with Lemelson needs to scale their JVInvenTeam curriculum, and that MIT Hive 2.0 features will provide peer-to-peer mentoring and communities of practice between their customers.
1. Early Intro Session.
We discussed several different types of customer ROLES in the InvenTeam process
We covered the general flow of the InvenTeam PROCESS as an annual calendar cycle.
2. Journey Mapping
We laid out the JVInvenTeam journey as a series of 8 STEPS.
We settled on two key JOURNEY – the Middle School Teacher, and the LMIT Administrator.
We brainstormed the THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, and ACTIONS of each role at each step of the journey.
