  • Y = BACE1-YFP
  • Z = YFP-BACE2

"XC" was discarded, so there will be only 9 miniprep samples forBACE2-YFP

 Ran restriction Digest on LR products. Used 5uL of tre bace2 a,b,c and hef1a bace1 a. 3 uL of hef1a bace1 b and 10 uL of hef1a bace1 c
