1. Fixed some of the bugs introduced by the latest release to QA: TH-518, TH-301, TH-283
2. Also fixed or made progress on some regular outstanding issues: TH-414, TH-186, TH-199
3. Downloadable slideshows should now be done on the LZX side of things. Sample resource files checked into svn to show how it's used.

2. Fix remaining Sprint 4 issues (all slideshow issues caused by same root problem, Thalia's drag and drop has no concept of move vs. copy)
