Need to define process for project start Does the PM have to update details or use processes to update project? Need to figure out how much detail to put into this section

The Project Details page will be frequently used by project

This should be one of the most frequently used parts for e-Builder for project managers Thinking that it may be helpful to add a graphic of what happens from the time a project is assigned to a PM that includes the processes forms he/she sees and actions that should be taken/areas that should be visited in eB

The Project Details page should be updated as needed by the Project Manager and visited often by project members as it provides key information about the project such as project name, project administrator, start and including target dates , and status.

This information should be kept up to date throughout the life of the project.  When viewing the Project Details page it is important to remember that your ability to view and update fields is based on your role and permissions. In other words, two people on the same project may have different roles and will not have access to the same information.
