Summary

Following needs identification, discussions and approval of the project by the Working Committee, the DoF Planner adds the PD Form in e-Builder. It is reviewed by the Program Manager and the Planning Manager and is approved in its final form by the Working Committee.

e-Builder Guidance

Select To complete the form process in e-Builder:

  1. Open the project
  2. Select Processes from the Project Menu on the left side of the page
  3. Click Start Process
  4. Click the 0202 - Project Definition Form Creation (PD) link
  5. Complete the form
  6. If you are able to complete the form and
then more stuff goes here
  1. wish to Submit it to the next workflow step or Actor, click the Submit button
  2. If you wish to save the form after completing only some of the work so that you can return to it in a future session then click the Save Draft button
