There are a number of nightly jobs that need to happen for dances to run smoothly. Currently, we have a Jobs Coordinator each month who signs up people to do jobs for a month. Active club members are encouraged to take one job a month. Officers may sometimes do these jobs, but they are discouraged from doing too many of them, so as to let other people get involved. It is assumed that club officers will fill last minute vacancies. Some officers (such as class coordinator's coordinators and assistants) already have tasks to do during the dance, and are exempt from doing club jobs during those times.
