Project cut-over status of the upgrade, see below,  will be posted on this wiki page beginning at noon on Friday 12/8 through noon on Monday 12/11.  The Project Manager will update this message as needed.  A conference call number (webex) is available for check-ins during the weekend and for the Go/No Go call at 6:00pm on Sunday.

Project Status: All preparation tasks for this weekend's activities have been performed. The SAP system has been isolated and upgraded. We are still on schedule for Sunday's validation activities. Given the inclement weather, please use your best judgement as to whether or not you will be able to perform you validations on campus or will need to perform them from home.
