    A list of resources for OA cataloging:

• For checking MIT author and affiliation metadata if the name doesn’t appear using the author lookup:

• For determining the authorized form of MIT corporate names or the names of sponsors:

• Occasionally there is a new DLC that does not have an authorized form and one will need to be created using RDA guidelines (Chapter 11, Section 2): http://access.rdatoolkit.org/.

• For editing titles and abstracts to include symbols, special characters and scientific notation:

• Most computers should have a character map as well. For Windows 10 users, search character map on the taskbar and the query should return results for the character map.
