MITvoip: Modernizing MIT’s Telephone Infrastructure

Join us to learn more about changes to VoIP at MITIS&T’s efforts to modernize MIT’s telephone infrastructure. Marco Gomes, Tim Riley , and Marla Dolan from IS&T will:

• provide Provide a brief overview of the VoIP transition transitions and a project update on the move to BroadSoftcloud-based infrastructure
• Walk walk through the new VoIP site and some of the tools to manage accounts and devices along with some new features that are available

The presentation will start promptly at 11:30. Pizza lunch and networking will be after the presentation.

Along with having an in-person session with pizza lunch from Bertucci's, we will also be streaming the session.

• If you would like to stream, register using the "stream remotely" option and we will send you a link before the session.
• Both options will allow you to ask questions during the Q&A time, but if you are remote, you'll need to ask questions via IT Partners Slack (join Slack).
