Reviewed all issues in codfish, made an initial pass at organizing them, and picking out sprint 6 tasks
NOTE: its in a  in-between state, items listed in sprint 6 are not necessarily going to stay there.

Fixed issue causing flash error when deleting library; decided not to put it into current build.

fixed some issues in ime api:1. fix map/xxx/items call to show no permission icons correctly 2. fix item/xxx/map/xxx to authenticate as the user if the owner has no rights to see the item
