Collaboratively design an updated set of project tools
Design your own process for ongoing learning

Peer coaching workshop

Students bring their current projects-related problems
Group develops ground rules for presenting and for offering advice
Regularly scheduled slots (held weekly, alternating times)
No credit (question)
Faculty coaches help at the start; students take over
Visiting consultants, alums may also offer advice (question)
Presenting students agree to attend at least two other workshops to give feedback
Presenters must post online 3 powerpoint overheads at least 3 days in advance in order to get on the schedule
We'll work with students and faculty to refine design
