Another option for distance learning is to employ MIT Video Production Services . This is a more expensive option, but they come in, setup manned cameras and do can professionally record, edit, and publish your course series. This can in an MIT classroom or elsewhere. They use an actual cameraman to do the filming and will have a full-scale video production setup.
