two possible pressure solutions: one has no data required, controls problem to worry about data is needed
Mechanical relief valve that automatically opens based on pressure inside tank and spring force returning it to neutral, will have custom cap on outside to make sure tank doesn't lose pressure during orbit
Control system attached to tank that rotates a valve to release certain amount of pressure, 3d print case, affects a lot of other subteams and requires more fail safe
