Hi All, Jolene has identified the metadata records and fields to export.&nbsp; Carl has sent the export to me and I have begun translating the metadata. I've put a test of 25 photographs with metadata on flickr.&nbsp; I offer that these photographs and metadata are correct and ready for the public.&nbsp;

You can see the set at: http://www.flickr.com/photos/mit-libraries/sets/72157614966285159/ I may add a few more images to this set, but I can't do all of the Kepes-Lynch prints.&nbsp; I could have Todd tackle this, but he has other projects to complete.&nbsp; Is there someone who can take over the images and metadata upload progress?&nbsp; I can train this person and deliver to them the images and metadata. Rob

Hi Rob,

This looks terrific\!&nbsp;The only question I have about the data is the tag "Credit" for the author/creator information.&nbsp;Credit, in my mind, implies copyright information.&nbsp; Although, each of the values in the field are qualifies by a type, e.g., photographer, researcher, etc.&nbsp; I could be persuaded otherwise.&nbsp; In Dome, that filed in DC is Author and creator on the brief and full view respectively. Well, I do actually have another question.&nbsp; Where is the KL #.&nbsp; I think that should be displayed to the public b/c if we receive inquiries, we will need that unique piece of md. I do have two people in mind for the Lynch project.&nbsp; One works Tues. and Wed. 9-1.&nbsp; She was involved in the cataloging, so is very familiar with the images and md.  Can we start as early as this week?&nbsp; I would like to be part of the training.&nbsp; i am away all of next week, but I will be in email contact.
