- COEUS is an excellent example of MIT Trainer adding enormous value by completely absorbing the locally important business process material in addition to the operation of the system. A member of OSP is in the room during the session to provide 3rd-tier support for deep technical questions. The Asst Director of OSP has measured the post-training error rate in the system and it visibly decreased after these classes.
