  1.  Create a new Developer Tools Team List

In order to create add a member to a Developer Tools Team List, the following information is required.

indent
* The Team ID,
* The Team administrator (either a Kerberos principle or a Moira list) member name and member type (use, list or string) to be added to the Team list.

The above information can be found in the account creation request that was emailed to devtools-support by the Team adminitrator.

This video demonstrates how to create a Developer Tools Team List.  In this video,
