ISDA Migration Assessment

The following information must be completed by Wednesday, July 15th.  Please find you kerberos principal and answer the following questions accordingly.  This information will be used by the Exchange Transition Team to:    

    *  assess client needs: (desktop, web, mobile devices, which OS, on-campus, off-campus, public or roaming desktop/laptops, wired/wireless)
    *  identify current and target email clients to be used
    *  discuss training needs (before or after the transition)
    *  obtain users kerberos principles
    *  determine number of users and split/ratio of each OS
    *  if Techtime users, the whole department needs to transition together.
    *  determine if calendar resources (departmental conf rooms) need to be created with list of designates
    *  discuss next day on-site assistance
