In December 2009, representatives from all around the world will gather in Copenhagen, Denmark, at the next major meeting of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).

The Copenhagen meeting represents the next major effort by the international community to negotiate a global agreement that will lay out a roadmap for action to address climate change.
