One of the most important things you can do here is to vote for the plan you think is best. The current plans are summarized in the _Plans_ tab. To vote for a plan, just select the plan you want and click the box called Vote for this plan.
Of course, to To decide which plan to vote for, you'll probably want to look at various parts of the plans such as their Descriptions, their predicted Impacts, and the Debates about their advantages and disadvantages.
