Learnability

> There are several dimensions that the user can search based on, so the user can learn quickly what sorts of keywords to input.
> There are most recent/popular photos on the first page. Users who don't know where to start can start by clicking on those photos.
> The comment layout is similar to that of several popular websites, including Facebook.

> Since there are a few search boxes, the user may not know at first what types of keywords to use to get good results according to what he/she wants. 
> It might only be clear after some experimentation what the "Prev" and "Next" buttons on the "View photo" page refer to.

Visibility

> Uploading photos and entering comments gives feedback right away. 
> The name of the user who is currently logged in is always shown on the top bar

> The view "View photo" page does not show the other pictures in the same series (uploaded in the same date by the same person) as the current picture. search results or those made by the same poster. The user doesn't know where "Prev" and "Next" would take him/her.
> The Manage Photo tab does not show all the pictures that the user uploaded. So the user may have trouble finding the correct picture to edit information. 

Efficiency

> The search boxes and some of the useful pages are always available on the left bar
> On the "View photo" page, the user can click on the "Prev" and "Next" links to access photos in the same series.  

> The user needs to upload one photo at a time and click "Add Photo" to add the next one. There is no way to upload photos in batches.
> The user needs to think about what category he/she wants to search for first, before choosing the right box to search.
>  > The user has to browse through his/her pictures in order to find the picture he/she wants to edit. 

Error Prevention

> Photo information can be corrected using the Edit Photo page 

> Some people may supply incorrect photo information, which leads to contaminated search results. Since only the uploader can change the photo information, that error may persist for a long time.
