How to prevent 'freezing problem' when you run 'NIS-elements' on the microscope 2

Before running the software, please make sure the system configuration of the scope is set as below

I. Power option
Turn off the display : never
Put the computer to sleep : never

-> go to 'chnage advanced power settings'

Under 'Balanced'
1. Balnaced -> Requires a password on wakeup -> 'NO' Previously set to 'Yes'
2. Hard disk -> Turn off hard disk after -> 'Never' (!!), Previously set to '20 min'
3. Desktop bacground settins, wireless adapter settings doesn't matter!!
4. Sleep -> Sleep after -> 'Never'
            Allow hybrid sleep -> 'off', Previously set to 'on'
            Hibernate after -> 'Never'
            Allow wake timers -> 'Disable', Previosly set to 'enable'
5. USB settings, Power buttons and lid, PCI Express doesn't matter!!
6. Processor power management
   -> minimum processor state -> '100%', previosuly set to '10%'
      System cooling policy -> 'active'
      maximum processor state -> '100%'
7. Display -> Turn off display after-> 'Never'
8. Multimedia settings
   -> when sharing media -> 'Prevent idling to sleep'
   -> when playing video -> 'optimize video quality'

II. user accounts
-> change user account control settings -> 'Never notify'

III. Turn off 'automatic window update'

Now Ready to run elements!!
-> click the software as an adiminstrator
