What does it do?

The @Stellar Mobile Web Service delivers a mobile device-friendly version of the familiar @Stellar interface to students and faculty.

What can I use it for?

Use the @Stellar Mobile Web Service to view  personalized information for the Stellar with which you are associated.  Such information includes your courses, enrollment info, announcements, etc.

Is it a mobile app?

No.  The @Stellar Mobile Web Service is a generally available web service that can be accessed from any mobile browser, and does not require installation or setup.  It is not associated with the MIT iPhone app.
