- update ebook device staff loan wiki page to continue throughout the calendar year
- talk to Joanne about it
- draft message to all-lib inviting them to sign up again (use old email as template)
- email Maria to let her know we're keeping the public loan program going AS IS for now

update draft iPad request form for staff to include:
- option for iPod Touch
- option for semester loaner vs. ongoing personal ownership
- make it standard practice to include smart cover (for iPads) and $25 app gift card
- suggest Deb & Nicole for who approves them
get a bunch more chargers for iOS devices, and dongles to connect iPad to project and Macs to projector (various Mac models)
Darcy:
- plan first UX snacks & informal updates session (for an afternoon between now and next UX meeting)
- thin of cool name for it (everyone contribute ideas)
- ask Joanne to schedule and get food
- get new iPod Touch at Apple Store and give receipt to Joanne (charge to UX emerging tech budget)... copy Nicole
