From the Applications tab on the far left select "Quick Links" 
Then select AR System Report Console, which will bring you to the following screen: 
Then select the following in the corresponding drop downs:
Show: All Reports
Category: Change
Then select what group of reports you are interested in, for example: custom, changes completed by service offering 
Double click on the report and then hit the run button
You can then drill down on a specific ticket by clicking on the link 
A new tab will open with the corresponding change ticket
