Category: Change (this is the only module currently implemented)

Then select what group of reports you are interested in, for example: custom, changes completed by service offering .  In the current implementation, the following groups and reports work best:

Change Requests, then Change Manager and Scheduled Start Date (Incident and Problem are not active)
Custom, then any of the corresponding reports (see use cases: Remedy Reporting Use Cases.doc)

All changes are currently by service without corresponding relationships and/or impacts, so Configuration Item and Risk reports do not produce data

For example, select Custom, then Changes Completed by Service Offering

Double click on the report and then hit the run button
