The OAL keeps track of members and makes them feel loved. Make sure members are fulfilling their requirements. Read the constitution so you know what the requirements are! Arrange meetings with each designer and estimate the number of shop pre-put-in hours necessary for the production. Keep track of hours and make sure everyone is doing what they are supposed to. If not, let the officers know.
