  1. ESD Academic Office's projector must be picked up and returned between 9AM & 6PM in E40-367. If Beth isn't in, Laura may be able to help (E40-369).
  2. Reservations cannot be made more than 6 months in advance.
  3. Each reservation must include a quick means of reliably getting in touch with you, a meaningful description of the purpose you will be using the equipment for (e.g. committee mtg, ESS mtg, movie night), and must specify where you will be using the equipment you have reserved.
  4. Make cancellations as soon as you know about them. This lets others use the projector if they need it.
  5. Same-day reservations (or reservations made after 5PM for the following business day) should be the rare exception to the rule – there are no guarantees that we can accommodate you when you attempt one! Book the projector as usual, but then call 617-253-1182, to alert us to the last-minute request.
  6. Recurring reservations are subject to greater scrutiny. Requests will only be accommodated, at the discretion of ESD's Academic Office, during low-demand times. Recurring reservations that are approved must be resubmitted every 6 months.
  7. You, the scheduler, are responsible for relinquishing equipment on time and in the clean and functioning condition you received it in.
    1. Neatly coil all cords and repack the equipment and all of its peripherals in the appropriate bag before returning it.
    2. If something breaks while your group is using it: tell us.
  8. We can't guarantee full-service AV support (sad) . Here is the User's Manual. If you need full-service AV, then we recommend making your arrangements with MIT AV.
  9. Be a good borrower.
