- VSLS will prioritize renewals on 3/6 and get list to Allen
- product coordinators now responsible for renewals
- Finance will collect, maintain and report out on data
- VSLS and Finance are resource for getting coordinators help they need

- Qualtrics request now with Data Management: Mary Weisse has stakeholder contact information

- Brad Abruzzi working with Central Procurment and will bring IS&T into the loop for regular Friday meetings (Allen)
- Allen meeting with Procurement mid March
- Pat will set up meeting with Brad, Steve, Dave and Allen for end March to discuss workflow and process
- BMC proposal feedback (Remedy 8 prototype)
- conference call today at 4:30 with vendor to finalize contract
- FM DB migration to IS&T Service Portfolio - Dave will continue to work with Steve on this
- renewal date field needs to be added to CI Software Software (new module)
- need ability to export view to excel csv file (new module)
- need to do drupal updates (Dave is lead but Garry's team will do work)
- Pat has started populating the Portfolio prototype with licensing attachments but this will go ON HOLD as she transitions to new role
- Allen has offered Andrea Sullivan as data entry resource
- Pat will set training up with Andrea for end March
- transition everything from FM DB to IS&T Service Portfolio prototype by end June (target date)
- DCAD hosting agreement can remain in place as long as needed for FM DB
- Dave and Steve will set up meeting to validate data model with Pat in March
