Analysis:
Learnability:
Novice users will not have a hard time using this application. From the beggining, the application is intuitive and holds your hand when it is not. There's 3 menus total, all of which are simple to use and require no more than one or two clicks per page. I think this design does a good job of teaching by doing.
Efficiency:
Novice and expert users will use the application the same way. This is so simple that there really is not much room for improvement. The only concern is image upload time. This might greatly reduce efficiency to the point of being annoying, and might discourage user usage.
Safety:
Safety should not be a problem with this design. Ideally pictures can be changes once uploaded, and tasks can be "unfinished" in case of an error.
