Update team on equipment orders:
- Mark has received his Verizon BlackBerry 8830, device has been activated. He tried to setup the BIS account via the BlackBerry/Verizon BIS portal but was unable too, error mentioned that the device belonged to a different carrier. He was able to setup MIT email through the device email setup.
**Check both Chris and Hans setup when their units arrive, see if error can be replicated.
- Lee has received his Sprint BlackBerry 8830, device has been activated (by Matt). Lee reported that the device was prompting him to activate even tho the device was already activated.
- Chris has yet to receive his device, Mark Ouellette said the device would be shipped today. Possible ETA is Tuesday of next week.
- Hans has yet to receive his device, Mark Ouellette said the device has already been shipped. Possible ETA is this Friday or next Tuesday.

Distribute SyncJe registration licenses:

- SyncJe license have been received and will be sent out to team members via email.
** Mark mentioned that his SyncJe license was showing as not valid. Matt will check into this further. Check with others too see if their licenses work or not.
- Talked about some issues that have been seen with SyncJe, e.g. slow sync, data range/amount effecting full sync. These issues will be explored further once the team starts using the application.

Review documentation and setup from the individuals with the devices:

- The members of the team will be using the current how-to guides on the Mobile Device Wiki to setup their BlackBerry's. The team will note issues with current install procedures and edit accordingly.

Results & Feedback Wiki Space:

- The team will be documenting their specific area of the BlackBerry Project within the BlackBerry release wiki. Pages have been created for each section.

- Possible addition of quick how-to's e.g., How to surf to a certain URL within the BlackBerry web browser? How do I soft reset the device?
