Adam: We need some driving force, a light at the end of the tunnel. I propose that we work on the UN treaty that we proposed and try to have it introduced while we are here. There are lots of steps: write a treaty, talk to hight up people.

Alex: get local governmental support. Talk with course 17 study.

Tracy: look at case studies

Alex: read throught all of the current UN documentation. They way I wrote the current treaty is new suggestions. But most of the current stuff is oil and mineral reserves.

Adam: I sort of started the new pdf document, but it needs a lot of work.

Jack: Mission website bad: has contradictions. It would be nice for a couple paragraphs about each concept to make the MITSOC website legitimate.

Tracy: We should do one event each year to make ourselves legitamate.

Adam: We should do dining as well.

Alex: Knows someone with dining connection. Should update this.

Aaron: T-party: people should add ideas

Adam: our little events should reinforce the main idea.

Alex: We should have a faculty only event, where we court them.

Adam: My vision of it is not somthing that normal people deal with, but we do need to educate them.

Alex: and build support:

Todd: I have a proposal for this summer (20s): We have learned a great deal about the worlwide fisheris problem, but it will make more sence to work locally first, therefore we need to learn a bunch more. Otherwise we won't be able to be cohernet.
