Full Proposal Peer Review includes the following steps:

1. Peer Review configuration and instructions are verified. For guidance, refer toCall Management : Peer Review Configuration
2. Instructions Sets and Webfiles for Calls and Reporting Periods : Full Proposal Peer Review Instructions
3. Submitted full proposals are compiled by eSG Admins and uploaded to eSG via FMP, and accepted for review.
4. Reviewers are added/edited, assigned to full proposals and emailed login and peer review instructions, via FMP.
5. Reviewers .
6. Reviews are viewed via the or FMP, and compiled via FMP for distribution.

Either Peer Review is configured as either Simple or Complex(see call management); set in Call Management. 

• Simple : Reviewers apply a single rating and comment to assigned proposals.
• Complex : Reviewers apply scores for up to five evaluation criteria and a comment to assigned proposals. 
  If 'Complex' peer review is chosen, you must create an Evaluation Criteria Set for it in FMP (Reviews > Evaluation Criteria Sets).
