The following is the execution version of the Support Pack Implementation (cut-over) Plan:

An IS&T telephone number (617-324-7468) will carry a message as to the status of the upgrade beginning at noon on Friday 2/20 through noon on Monday 2/23. The Project Manager will update this message as needed. A conference call number (webex) is available for check-ins during the weekend and for the Go/No Go call at 2:30pm on Sunday.
