Part of MIT Sloan's new series of leadership and management skills opportunities, this research-based workshop will give you proven tools, techniques, and chances to practice influencing others. You'll even use a self-assessment to evaluate your preferred influence tactics, then prepare for your next real-life influence situation. The workshop will be led by Dana Davidson, Senior Vice President of Right Management and an expert in hands-on leadership and skills development.
