ISDA provides several independent services to the MIT community, each of which has it's own support plan and information. If you're looking for information on service planning, policies, our development processes and so forth, try the ZIPS team page. (The ZIPS team, along with the OIS other service configuration information used by the Application Management & Integration Team (AMIT). AMIT, in collaboration with the IS&T Server Operations team, provides support for many ISDA services.)
Our regular support hours are 89:00am to 65:00pm, Monday through Friday, except for Institute holidays.
We are making plans for on-call service 8:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.We can always be reached by emailing isda-ops@mitamit@mit.edu.
OIS Server Operations has contact information to reach us in off hours in the event of an urgent event.
