This page archives the reports from CSS ACD performance reports. The many daily text reports for Gate Traffic, Agent Availability and Schedule are integrated in a spreadsheet that unifies the data with the one dimension they hold in common -- time.
Choose "Latest-ACD--data.pdf" in the list below for the most recent report, or look in the dated back-issues by clicking the "expand me" triangle.
Files are uploaded the Monday after the week they refer to. So for example, the 2010-01-11 version would cover 1/4 through 1/8/2010. Past versions of the acd report are available under the triangle button next to the filename below.

The file just spins and spins, and says "The PDF is being converted. Refresh after some time". And never comes out.
