- Open the Control Panel (shown below) and click on Windows Firewall:

- In the left-hand panel, click on Advanced settings as shown below.

- In the left-hand panel, select Inbound rules.

- Select Port as shown below, then click the Next button.

- As shown below, Select TCP and Specific local ports. In the Specific local ports field, enter the ports you want to block. In

- Select Block the connection as shown below, then click the Next button.

- Keep the defaults as shown below and click the Next button.

- Enter a name for this new inbound rule. Click the Next button when you are satisfied that everything is correct.

- The new rule is now operational and inbound connections on the ports you specified will now be blocked.
