We do encourage you to label your tool / activity page with the color of the tool / activity (green, yellow, orange, or red). This will make it easy to list all green tools, yellow tools, etc.

Shortcut

You can easily add and edit labels after the page has been created using the pencil icon next to the list of labels at the bottom right of any page. 

Even shorter cut

On any page, hit the l (lower case "L") key on your keyboard to open the labels dialog box, type in the label and hit enter, then close the dialog or the page.

Notes

• Templates in this wiki serve as starting points, and once you create the page you can edit or change all aspects of if; however, do not edit the top section ("This activity is listed as...") or the bottom section ("Forms and contact information required...")
• The top section contains an excerpt macro to pull color coding to the parent page, as well as the required process steps for a particular color / risk level; editing it will make the page inconsistent with other pages of the same color / risk level
• The bottom section contains standard contact links for a particular color / risk level
