FIRST DRAFT - by no means complete!
This process is to keep track of ACM e-conferences that have been, or need to be, cataloged either as monographs or serials.
Notices of new conferences added are via e-mail TOC notices (NOTE: add sign up info...)

Procedure for adding/updating new series
1. Open email and read or click on "Archive" link to see list in ACM for that series.
2. In spreadsheet, click on tab (some series have multiple conferences/workshops so are in sep. tabs)
3. Update date in column, if needed.
4. If new conference/series, add to page, in order.
5. Add to "series dups list" tab (some are in more than one series, page used to keep track, use for names, etc.)
