Test Case Scenarios

The Test Case Scenarios are a logincal grouping and/or sequencing of test cases to be executed for each business process area.  The scenarios contain only Test Cases to be executed.  These test cases are chosen from the associated Test Case Catalogs.

By identifying Test Case Scenarios, the Business Analyst will be able to identify any gaps and overlaps, making testing more efficient.  In addition, the scenarios encapsulate testing for specific business funtionality lending themselves to re-use for future Support Pack releases, Updates and Development.

The spreadsheets attached to the page are used organize and track Scenarios for each functional area of SAP during the 2008 Support Pack project.  At the end of the 2008 Support Pack project, the data from the individual spreadsheets are consolidated to a single Master spreadsheet.
