- System Preparation
- SFK update complete
- SF3 update
- Mods complete (several will be applied through enhancement in SF2)
- Should be able to move forward and execute Payroll Simulation & DW test extracts
- Plan on executing go-live validation steps in SF3 11/2-11/3
- Preliminary times: kernel - 1hr, SPS - 12hr, Oracle Upgade - 8hr)
- lost a day in the process due to a back up failure
- SF2 update started
- action log on Wednesday
- R3 will change ZUTTREQ target system to SH3 (no change to ZUTTREQ should be required)
- Unit testing is scheduled to begin Thursday
- SH3 refresh starting this week
- portal from SF5 will be used for SH3

- need to develop spreadsheet upload of new transactions changes to the unit test db
- set up meeting with Rich, Ken, Mary, Frank - determine how to track unit test activity
- SIT test plan - confirm with Business; make sure testers areaware of what and when they are testing
- QC queries have been developed
- Development freeze is underway
- Broad deactivation will move in with normal transports this week
- GUI logon development work will begin this week
- change will be tested in SF7
- moved to SF2 (rebuilt) on the weekend and tested with Mon-Wed test transactions
- John will create transport list November 12 (we'll need to determine what will be done with transports in test that have not moved to production)
- Need to set up a bridgeline for Core meeting going forward
