The Cambridge American Stage Tour
As of 2018, the Ensemble hasn't hosted this group recently, although they have been in contact with other MIT groups and the theatre arts department.
Logistics
- They begin planning their tour in early January. Consider contacting them after BOT if you have not yet heard from them.
- Check with Theater Arts as early as possible to see if they can be sponsored.
- In 2012 they had 3 vans we needed to provide parking for. The parking cost $180 and had to be purchased through Theatre Arts (contact Jay Scheib).
Hosting
- If possible, try to host them all near each other. In 2012, having most of them on 2W worked very well.
