If you've created a change request and realize that it really needs to be cancelled, then you can do so.  If you've just created a new request and haven't saved it or clicked next-stage yet, you can cancel it by just exiting or just closing that page, or by clicking the green plus sign in the upper left to open a new blank change request.  Otherwise, to cancel a change, identify the current phase of the change above (in green), which will either be either Initiate, Review & Authorize, Plan & Schedule or Implement.  Then, click the downward arrow in that field and select "cancel".  This will immediately close the request .  Unfortunately, it is not possible to completely delete the request without a trace, so some thought should come before opening any new requestand soon thereafter change the status to "cancelled".  The record will then effectively disappear from all views.
