5. Add jchiang as a super user:
a.edit /home/www/thalia/conf/thaliausers.xml on both isda-thalia5 and isda-thalia8 and add the following between the <user-list> tag
<user><name>jchiang< <user><name>jchiang</name><domain>ADMIN</domain></user>
b. restart the thalia application on both isda-thalia5 and isda-thalia8
