  1. The game should last approximately 10 rounds, but the studets students should no not know this ahead of time.
  2. Teams can order boats from the shipyard at the beginning of each round. These ships will be available for use starting the next round. The price is listed in the spreadsheet.
  3. During each round the teams decide where to place their ships (port, seashore, or deep sea) and fish there. There is a cost associated with each of these decisions, this cost is defined
  4. After the teams place their ships, they are allowed to talk to each other about the state of the fishery and trading ships. These discussions should be encouraged.
  5. At the end of each round, 1 boat should be sold to the teams via actionauction.
  6. Teams will start with 2 boats
