Problem Statement
In urban society, many people travel and commute alone, despite the companionship and increased efficiency that ride-sharing offers. People are willing to do so, but it is difficult to connect with people who share similar itineraries. Many urban, young travelers seek rides for trips, but have to resort to cumbersome public transport. Commuters have a hard time finding carpools. We hope to address this problem with TagAlong, an interactive website that helps people find and advertise ride-sharingBusy, working parents today drop their kids off at daycare without a good idea of what their child does there. ChildFeed will allow parents to feel a connection to their tots by providing an easy to use interface for childcare workers to inform parents about different aspects of their child's day. It will allow parents to feel more active in their children's lives.
