Next-day shelflisting

1. When you've received notification that yesterday's load is done, login to Aleph Cataloging and go to the Search --> Find screen. Wand the barcode of the first item into the Barcode box under the Advanced Search tab. Record comes up.
2. Check title and library and, for the first record of the day hit 'ctrl-keypad 5'. (On all subsequent ones you'll only need to hit keypad 5.)
3. Check the call number to make sure that it does not duplicate a call number that is already in the system--unless it is a later edition of a work we already have in the system.
4. If everything is copasetic, place the books on the bindery truck.
