ISDA provides several independent services to the MIT community, each of which has it's own operations and support plans and information. Runbooks, escalation procedures, and contact information for each service is provided here.  If you're looking for information on service planning, policies, our development processes and so forth, try the ZIPS team page.

Our regular hours of operation are 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, except for Institute holidays.

We are making plans for on-call service 8:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
