Result or Product of this Process
This process is to request that a new user be added to the e-Builder system and if necessary to a specific project.
Use this process to add new users to the e-Builder system. All new users are added to the 99974 - z - e-B User Experience project. The requestor may also request assignment to other projects.
If you are adding an existing e-Builder user to a project please use 01.03 Add Resource to a Project (ADDRE)
Process Details
- Primary Actor(s): The Project Manager, Program Manager, EHS Assignor or Administrative Assistant an initiate this process.
- Other Actors: Accounting Manager, Financial Officer, Vendor Manager, eB Admin.
- This process does not spawn other processes.
The process is typically started by the project manager, but new users could be requested by others. The below process form is completed by the initiator and submitted. An asterisk designates a required field.
Other actors in the process will see a similar view of the form. When needed fields will be provided for them to add information.
- The Accounting Manager reviews the form and adds a rate.
- The Vendor Manager reviews the process when an external user is involved.
- Financial Office reviews and adds CATS personnel number then submits.s
- The e-Builder admin completes the process.
