Overview
MIT uses Zoom Phone as it's VOIP provider. You can access the main VOIP dashboard at voip.mit.edu. This control all of CRE's phone numbers/extensions, call trees, and Zoom phone accounts.
All accounts should be administered by acls-cre-voip-owner, and owned by the end user.
Employees Leaving Process
If an employee leaves, have IS&T change the phone number to a service line. Then forward to main desk. When a replacement employee takes their place, assign ownership of the line to the replacement employee.
